Our commitment
We aim to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, meaningful headings, descriptive alternative text, responsive layouts, accessible labels, reduced-motion preferences, and clear language. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time badge.
Known limitations
Some third-party storefronts, embedded services, generated artwork, older files, or external platforms may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative when practical.
Request assistance
If you encounter a barrier or need information in another reasonable format, email Precious@aialchemydigital.com. Please include the page or item, the barrier you experienced, and the format or assistance that would help.
Continuous improvement
We review important customer journeys and welcome specific accessibility feedback. We cannot promise immediate correction of every issue, but we take good-faith reports seriously.
