1. AI-assisted work
Some images, drafts, workflows, prompts, analysis, or other materials may be created or refined with AI-assisted tools. AI assistance does not mean work is published without human direction or review, and it does not guarantee that every output is unique, error-free, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
2. Accuracy and verification
AI-generated or AI-assisted information can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, selling, or using them in a regulated, high-risk, or professional context.
3. Customer-provided materials
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for names, logos, photographs, trademarks, instructions, recordings, or other material you provide. Do not submit confidential, regulated, infringing, or sensitive information unless the service and handling terms expressly allow it.
4. Ownership and licenses
Ownership and usage rights depend on the product listing or custom agreement. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the AI Alchemy Digital™ brand, source prompts, methods, templates, website, underlying systems, or other intellectual property unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. No exclusivity unless agreed
AI systems may produce similar concepts for different users. Custom work is not exclusive unless exclusivity is expressly included in a written agreement. Trademark clearance, copyright registration, patent review, and legal clearance are the customer's responsibility unless separately agreed.
6. Responsible use
You may not use our products or services to deceive, impersonate, harass, discriminate, violate privacy, create unlawful content, infringe rights, or misrepresent AI-assisted work in a way that violates law or platform rules.
