1. Digital downloads
Because digital files are delivered or made accessible immediately, digital-download purchases are generally final and non-refundable after access or download, except where required by law. If you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, or cannot access what you purchased, contact the seller through the original storefront so the issue can be corrected.
2. Custom and personalized digital work
Custom work begins only after written scope and payment terms are confirmed. Deposits reserve production time and are non-refundable once work begins unless the written agreement says otherwise. Approved work, completed work, rush fees, and work already performed are not refundable except where required by law. Revision limits and delivery timing are stated in the applicable quote or order.
3. Physical products
Physical products are produced and fulfilled through the connected storefront and print provider identified at checkout. Because many items are printed to order, change-of-mind returns, sizing mistakes, or buyer-selected color issues may not qualify for a refund. For a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, follow the storefront's support process promptly and provide clear photos when requested. The storefront policy displayed at purchase controls shipping, replacement, return, and refund handling.
4. Etsy and other platform purchases
For purchases completed through Etsy or another third-party platform, submit order questions and refund requests through that platform. Its buyer-protection, payment, cancellation, and dispute rules also apply.
5. Cancellations and delivery delays
A cancellation request is not effective until confirmed in writing. Work already started and non-recoverable costs may be deducted or remain non-refundable. Delivery estimates may change for circumstances outside reasonable control, including customer delays, platform interruptions, carrier issues, or force-majeure events.
6. How to request help
Contact us through the original order platform or email Precious@aialchemydigital.com with your order number, purchase email, a description of the issue, and supporting images when relevant. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
